About me

I'm Daniel. I'm at my best when I can take something messy and make it feel obvious, not by oversimplifying, but by finding the real shape of the problem. I like building because it forces honesty. You discover what matters, what does not, and what breaks when the real world touches your ideas. I'm naturally entrepreneurial, but what drives me is the pull toward useful things, clean thinking, and systems that hold up.

Outside of work, my curiosity is both physical and human. I can spend hours going deep on astronomy and geology, then history, following how time, context, and constraints shape everything, from landscapes to societies. I also like studying how people change, what creates resistance, what makes a decision feel easy, and why habits stick or fail. I try to live with clarity over noise, learning through iteration, and balancing technology with a life that feels more grounded and connected.

Axes that drive me

Technology as a tool

I'm not interested in technology for technology's sake. I'm interested in using code, data, and AI to solve real problems , preferably ones that affect people in their daily lives.

Understanding humans

Good product starts with understanding behavior. I like to understand why people do what they do, what motivates decisions, what frustrates.

Learning by doing

Theory is important, but I learn more by building. I prefer an imperfect MVP running than a perfect plan on paper. Iteration is the best teacher.

Clarity over complexity

Simple solutions are harder to build. I always seek to reduce complexity in code, product, and communication.
